摘  要:广义短路比指标计算简单且物理意义清晰,在主网下多馈入系统的小干扰稳定性评估中得到广泛的应用,但在多馈入配电系统中的适用性尚不明晰。为此,考虑了实际配电网与输电网的差异性,基于单馈入配电系统的特征方程探究了短路比与小干扰稳定性之间的影响规律。构造了等效同构系统,并基于矩阵摄动理论严格证明了多馈入配电系统的主导特征函数与等效同构系统的主导特征函数满足一阶近似相等关系,从而实现了多馈入配电系统的简化与解耦。提出了适用于新能源多馈入配电系统的广义短路比指标,用以量化系统的小干扰稳定裕度,将广义短路比理论的应用范围拓展至配电系统。时域和频域仿真结果验证了所提分析方法的有效性。The generalized short circuit ratio index is simple to calculate and clear in physical meaning. It is widely used in small disturbance stability evaluation of multi-infeed system under transmission network, but its applicability in multi-infeed distribution system is unclear. Therefore,the difference between the actual distribution network and transmission network is considered,and the relationship between short circuit ratio and small disturbance stability is explored based on the characteristic equation of single-infeed distribution system. The equivalent isomorphic system is constructed,and based on the matrix perturbation theory, it is strictly proved that the dominant feature function of the multi-infeed distribution system meets the first-order approximate equality relationship with the dominant feature function of the equivalent isomorphic system, so as to realize the simplification and decoupling of the multi-infeed distribution system. A generalized short circuit ratio index suitable for multi-infeed distribution system with new energy is proposed to quantify the small disturbance stability margin of the system,and the application scope of generalized short circuit ratio theory is extended to the distribution system. Simulative results in time domain and frequency domain validate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
