摘  要:起落架上位锁在锁上时,锁钩与锁环需保证一定间隙,确保上锁安全。针对起落架收起过程的运动精度可靠性问题,以上位锁锁上时的间隙为研究对象,建立上位锁的锁上精度可靠性评估模型。为了在数据缺乏的情况下研究上位锁锁上精度的可靠性问题,利用贝叶斯理论,将先验分布与试验数据相结合,得到更加合理的参数分布,建立上位锁锁上精度的贝叶斯更新迭代模型,可以扩展分析数据的信息,提高分析的准确度,为后续的上位锁收放精度可靠性评估提供更多有效的信息。When the landing gear is locked,the lock hook and the lock ring should ensure a certain gap for safety.Aiming at the reliability problem of motion accuracy in the process of landing gear setting up,the reliability evaluation model of locking accuracy of upper lock was established by taking the clearance on the upper lock as the research object.In order to study the reliability of the accuracy of the upper lock the absence of data,the prior distribution was combined with the test data to obtain a more reasonable parameter distribution,and a Bayesian update iterative model of upper lock accuracy was obtained.It can be extend the information of the analysis data and improve its accuracy,which provides more effective information for the subsequent reliability evaluation of upper lock.
