摘  要:斜盘式轴向柱塞泵的振动噪声主要来源于其斜盘力矩波动、配流过程中高低压的转换、出口流量的波动等诸多因素。针对轴向柱塞泵工作时斜盘力矩脉动,基于AMESim软件结合轴向柱塞泵斜盘的力矩数学模型,建立斜盘力矩仿真模型。分析研究V形和U形结构节流槽对斜盘力矩的影响。结果表明:在柱塞腔与油腔连通的过程中,柱塞对斜盘力矩的大小与节流槽过流面积呈负相关,但其过流面积过小会配流盘节流槽的升压能力变差,从而导致轴向柱塞泵的斜盘力矩波动变大。节流槽过流面积变化会影响柱塞腔圧力,柱塞腔圧力变化会对柱塞对斜盘的力矩产生影响。结合U形槽和V形槽的优点,提出一种VU组合型配流盘节流槽,有效减小了轴向柱塞泵斜盘的力矩波动。The vibration and noise of the swash plate axial piston pump are attributed to various factors,including the fluctuation of the swash plate moment,the conversion of high and low pressure during the distribution process,and the fluctuation of outlet flow.In addressing the swash plate moment pulsation during the operation of the axial piston pump,a simulation model for the swash plate moment was established using AMESim software,in conjunction with the swash plate mathematical model of the axial piston pump.The impact of V-shaped and U-shaped structure throttle grooves on the swash plate moment was analyzed.The results show that the size of the pistons moment on the swash plate is negatively correlated with the overflow area of the throttle groove during the connection of the piston cavity with the oil cavity.However,excessively small overflow areas can lead to a deterioration in the boost capacity of the distribution plates throttle groove,resulting in larger swash plate moment fluctuations in the axial piston pump.The variation in the overflow area of the throttle groove affects the piston cavity force,which in turn influences the moment of the piston on the swash plate.To address this,a VU combined distribution plate throttle groove was proposed,leveraging the advantages of both U-shaped and V-shaped grooves,effectively reducing the moment fluctuation of the axial piston pump swash plate.
