摘　　要：随着社会发展,山西省人口老龄化问题日益凸显。本研究以山西省为例,深入分析人口老龄化的现状,包括其程度与地区差异等,探讨了人口老龄化对山西省经济增长、社会保障体系、公共服务及产业结构调整等方面产生的深刻影响,梳理了山西省现有的应对策略及成效,同时借鉴国内外经验。通过对相关数据的分析和研究,对山西省人口老龄化的未来发展趋势进行预测。在此基础上,文章提出一系列完善山西省应对人口老龄化的策略建议,涵盖优化社会保障制度、推动老年产业发展、加强老年健康服务体系建设等多个方面。最后总结研究结论,并对山西省未来应对人口老龄化的工作进行展望,旨在为山西省有效应对人口老龄化挑战、实现可持续发展提供理论参考和实践指导。With the development of society,the problem of population aging is becoming more and more prominent in Shanxi Province.Taking Shanxi Province as an example,this study analyses in depth the current situation of population ageing,including its degree and regional differences.The pro-found impact of population aging on economic growth,social security system,public services and industrial restructuring in Shanxi Province is explored.Existing coping strategies and their effec-tiveness in Shanxi Province are sorted out,and Draw on both domestic and international experience simultaneously.Through the analysis and study of relevant data,the future development trend of population aging in Shanxi Province is predicted.On this basis,a series of strategic rec-ommendations are put forward to improve the response to population aging in Shanxi Province,covering various aspects such as optimising the social security system,promoting the develop-ment of the elderly industry,and strengthening the construction of the elderly health service sys-tem.Finally,the study concludes with an outlook for the future of population ageing in Shanxi Province,aiming to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for Shanxi Province to effectively cope with the challenges of population ageing and achieve sustainable development.
