山西省农村空巢老人居家养老困境及路径研究

摘　　要：随着农村青壮年人口的外流,农村空巢老人数量不断增加,其居家养老问题日益凸显。文章以山西省农村空巢老人为研究对象,通过文献查阅、实地调研等方法,深入探讨了其居家养老的现状、困难的原因及对策。研究发现,山西省农村空巢老人在居家养老过程中面临经济能力低、医疗资源匮乏、差异化需求难以满足、精神慰藉缺乏等多重困境的现状。针对这些问题,文章分析了其原因,并提出了深化农村养老制度改革、探索多元化的养老服务模式、完善农村医疗保障体系、丰富老人的精神文化生活等对策,以期为改善山西省农村空巢老人的居家养老环境提供参考。With the outflow of young and middle-aged people in rural areas,the number of rural emp-ty-nesters is increasing,and the problem of home-based care is becoming increasingly prominent.This paper takes the rural empty-nesters in Shanxi Province as the research object,through the methods of literature review,field investigation and so on,deeply discusses the status quo,di-lemma and countermeasures of their home-based care.It is found that the rural empty-nesters in Shanxi Province face multiple difficulties in the process of home-based care,such as economic pressure,life care difficulties,lack of medical resources and spiritual loneliness.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward countermeasures such as strengthening policy support,im-proving the old-age service system,improving the level of medical service,and enriching spiritual and cultural life,so as to provide a reference for improving the home-based care environment of rural empty-nesters in Shanxi Province.
