代际关系视角下农村养老困境及其路径研究

摘　　要：随着城镇化建设的不断推进,农村青壮年劳动力向城市流动,农村地区的老年人口日益增多,养老问题日益突出。并且家庭结构的不断变迁使代际关系发生改变,松散的代际关系导致了农村养老的多重困境。文章旨在指出当前农村养老实践过程中面临的困境,从而分析农村养老困境产生的原因,进而从多角度提出破解农村养老困境的具体路径。这不仅能够为解决农村养老问题提供切实可行的解决方案,同时能提升农村老年人的生活质量和幸福感,促进农村养老健康可持续地发展。As urbanization continues,the flow of rural young and middle-aged laborers to the cities has led to an increasing number of elderly people in rural areas,and the problem of pension has become more and more prominent.Moreover,the continuous change of family structure has changed the intergenerational relationship,and the loose intergenerational relationship has led to multiple dilemmas in rural pension.The purpose of this paper is to point out the current difficulties faced by rural pension in the process of practice,so as to analyze the causes of the rural pension plight,and then put forward specific paths to solve the rural pension plight from multiple angles.This cannot only provide practical solutions to solve the problem of rural pension,but also improve the quality of life and happiness of the rural elderly,and promote the healthy and sustainable devel-opment of rural pension.
