中国人口老龄化现状及积极应对措施分析

摘　　要：目前全球人口老龄化问题日益严重,已成为各国共同面临的重大挑战。当前中国人口老龄化现象尤为突出,中国60岁及以上人口已超过2.5亿,占总人口的18%,且这一比例正逐年上升。生育率下降和预期寿命延长是导致中国老龄化趋势加深的主要原因。随着老年人口比例的不断增加,中国面临的养老压力正逐渐加大,长此以往,势必会对中国发展造成严重阻碍。为应对人口老龄化这一挑战,我国亟需立刻采取相关措施。通过制定灵活的人口政策,推动老年教育和文化活动,加强养老服务体系建设等一系列措施,可有效缓解人口老龄化所带来的压力,长效应对老龄化社会中的各种挑战,最终迎来人口高质量发展的中国式现代化。文章探讨了人口老龄化的现状以及中国应对人口老龄化的优势所在,并提出了一些应对人口老龄化的措施。At present,the problem of global population aging is becoming increasingly serious,which has become a major challenge faced by all countries.At present,the aging of the Chinese population is particularly prominent,with more than 250 million people aged 60 and above in China,accounting for 18%of the total population,and this proportion is increasing year by year.Declining fertil-ity rates and increasing life expectancy are the main reasons for China’s deepening aging trend.With the increasing proportion of the elderly population,the pressure on China’s pension is grad-ually increasing,and in the long run,it is bound to cause serious obstacles to China’s development.In order to cope with the challenge of population aging,China urgently needs to take relevant measures immediately.Through a series of measures such as formulating flexible population pol-icies,promoting educational and cultural activities for the elderly,and strengthening the con-struction of the elderly care service system,we can effectively alleviate the pressure brought about by the aging population,respond to various challenges in the aging society in the long run,and fi-nally usher in the Chinese-style modernization of high-quality population development.This pa-per discusses the current situation of population aging and the advantages of China’s response to population aging and proposes some measures to cope with population aging.
