摘　　要：本文基于社会心理学视角探讨了大学辅导员在情感支持中的角色及其对学生心理健康的重要性。首先,从理论意义上,社会心理学框架为理解辅导员如何通过社会互动、社会支持和社会认知等因素对学生进行情感支持提供了深刻的分析。其次,从实践意义上,本文分析了当前高校辅导员情感辅导的现状及其挑战,提出了提升情感辅导效果的策略和方法,包括整合思政育人理念和社会心理学知识,设计创新的情感支持模式。这些策略旨在为高校辅导员提供更科学的实践指导,以应对日益复杂的学生心理健康需求,促进学生的全面发展。This article explores the role of university counselors in emotional support and their importance for students'mental health from a social psychology perspective.Firstly,in theoretical terms,the social psychology framework provides a profound analysis of how counselors provide emotional support to students through factors such as social interaction,social support,and social cognition.Secondly,from a practi-cal perspective,this article analyzes the current situation and challenges of emotional counseling for college counselors,and proposes strate-gies and methods to improve the effectiveness of emotional counseling,including integrating ideological and political education concepts and social psychology knowledge,and designing innovative emotional support models.These strategies aim to provide more scientific practi-cal guidance for college counselors to address the increasingly complex psychological health needs of students and promote their comprehen-sive development.
