大学生就业权益法律保护探析

摘　　要：大学生作为重要的社会群体,其就业关系民生福祉、经济发展和国家未来,而大学生就业权益的保护也日益成为社会关注的焦点。在大学生实际就业过程中,侵害其就业权益的现象屡有发生,主要有求职前的就业歧视、就业陷阱以及就业时的权益受损等等。本文在厘清大学生就业权益受侵害现状的基础上,探讨其就业权益遭受侵害的原因并提出相应的解决策略,以期帮助大学生提高就业权益意识,为其就业权益保护提供有益借鉴。As an important social group,the employment of college students is related to the well-being of people’s livelihood,economic development and the future of the country,and the protection of the employment rights and interests of college students has increasingly become the focus of social con-cern.In the actual employment process of college students,the phenomenon of infringement of their employment rights and interests occurs repeatedly,mainly in the employment discrimination before seeking employment,employment traps,and the rights and interests of the employment is damaged and so on.Based on the current situation of the infringement of college students’employ-ment rights and interests,this paper discusses the reasons for the infringement of their employ-ment rights and interests and puts forward the corresponding solution strategies,with a view to helping college students to improve their awareness of employment rights and interests and providing useful reference for the protection of their employment rights and interests.
