新闻聚合媒体行为的版权困境与法律规制研究

摘　　要：随着互联网技术的飞速发展,新闻聚合媒体作为一种新兴的信息传播方式,对信息传播的高效、便利而言意义非凡。本文基于对新闻聚合媒体行为及其定性的深入了解,分析了其面临的版权问题,进而对域外经验进行探究,旨在探讨有效的法律规制策略,以期促进新闻聚合媒体的合法、合规运营,保护原创内容创作者的权益,同时确保信息的有效传播。With the rapid development of Internet technology,news aggregation media has emerged as a new mode of information dissemination,significantly enhancing the efficiency and convenience of information flow.Based on a deep understanding of news aggregation media behavior and its qualitative nature,this article analyzes the copyright issues it faces.Furthermore,it explores ex-traterritorial experiences to investigate effective legal regulatory strategies,aiming to promote legitimate and compliant operations of news aggregation media,protect the rights and interests of original content creators,and ensure effective dissemination of information.
