摘　　要：本文基于对吉林省2018-2023届部分毕业生调研数据和吉林省高校近年来就业育人相关实践成果,以职业发展的生态学理论作为研究依托,通过实证分析方法,探究高校就业育人工作对促进毕业生选择留在吉林省内就业的作用,厘清“就业育人-高校毕业生就业地域选择-东北振兴战略”三者间的作用关系,并因应提出了基于东北振兴战略的就业育人模式。Based on survey data of graduates from 2018 to 2023 in Jilin Province and the recent practical achievements of employment-education in universities in Jilin,this paper uses the ecological theory of career development as the research foundation.Through empirical analysis methods,it explores the role of employmenteducation in universities in promoting graduates to choose employment within Jilin Province.The paper clarifies the relationship among"employment-education,regional employment choices of university graduates,and the revitalization strategy of Northeast China,"and proposes an employment-education model based on the revitalization strategy of Northeast China.
