摘　　要：2024年以来我国经济保持回升向好,同时也呈现一些新的亮点。但市场需求不足、社会预期信心不足等问题依然存在。需要从消费需求和投资需求等方面入手,关注和解决制约经济持续稳定回升向好的深层原因—政策的不稳定、改革的迟缓,制约了发展的潜能。巩固经济持续向好基础,要长短结合标本兼治,特别要加大中长期深层问题治理力度。持续优化和加强宏观调控,着力扩大市场需求;增强政策环境的稳定性和可预期性;贯彻落实“把非经济性政策纳入宏观政策取向一致性评估”的要求;促进民营经济发展壮大的各项政策要求落到实处;坚持市场化改革方向,着力保障市场的决定性作用;着力促进重点领域改革落地见效;以更加主动的姿态努力扩大对外开放,不断优化我国发展的外部环境。Since the beginning of this year,China's economic growth has continued to rebound and improve.New highlights are shown while the overall recovery continues.However,the problems of insufficient market demand and insufficient information on social expectations should be noted.Starting from the aspects of consumer and investment demand,try to eliminate the underlying causes that constrain the sustained,stable and positive recovery of the economy,i.e.the instability of policies and the slow pace of reforms that limit the potential of development.To consolidate the foundation of sustained economic growth,ambidextrous approaches of both short-term and long-term are required,and intensity should be focused on the medium and long-term deep-seated problems.Continuously optimizing and strengthening the macro-control,focusing on expanding market demand.Enhancing the stability and predictability of the policy environment.Implementing the requirement of incorporating non-economic policies into the consistency evaluation of macroeconomic policy orientation.Implementing the various policies that promote the development and growth of private economy.Adhering to the direction of market-oriented reform.Exerting the decisive role of the market;promoting the implementation and effectiveness of reforms in key areas.Strive to expand the opening up to the outside world with a more proactive attitude and continuously optimize the external environment for China's development.
