摘  要:工业和信息化部发布的《工业能效提升行动计划》中提到,应持续提高用能设备系统能效,进一步提高工业领域能源利用率,推动优化能源资源配置。为响应国家对实施变压器能效提升行动的号召,同时为利用电网中的变压器产生的大量热能,本文作者设计了一种用于变压器热量回收的半焊式板式换热器。首先文章对不同种板式换热器的结构和特点进行论述,根据使用条件,选择适用于变压器油与水换热的换热器类型。然后根据蜂窝长宽比等技术参数进行优化,制定了其具体的设计参数。The "Industrial Energy Efficiency Improvement Action Plan" issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology mentioned that it should continue to improve the energy efficiency of energy using equipment systems, further improve the energy utilization rate in the industrial field, and promote the optimization of energy resource allocation. In response to the national call for the implementation of transformer energy efficiency improvement action, and in order to utilize the large amount of heat generated by transformers in the power grid, a semi-welded plate heat exchanger for transformer heat recovery is designed in this paper. Firstly, the paper discusses the structure and characteristics of different plate heat exchangers, and selects the type of heat exchanger suitable for transformer oil and water heat exchange according to the conditions of use. Then according to the technical parameters such as aspect ratio of the honeycomb parameters, the specific design parameters of the fluid are formulated.
