变压器余热综合利用三维仿真研究

摘  要:本文作者提出应用余热利用设备来对电力变压器的损耗余热进行综合利用,通过计算流体力学三维仿真分析,研究余热利用系统中油路循环的特性,分析了其速度场、温度场、流量分配和热平衡。结果表明,系统中的油水热交换器和油泵组成的油路对变压器本身的片式散热器影响较小;新增的换热器可以提高变压器的散热能力,降低油顶层温度8℃;目前方案中,片式散热器的散热量依然占主要部分。Propose the application of waste heat utilization equipment to comprehensively utilize the loss and waste heat of power transformers. Through three-dimensional simulation analysis of computational fluid dynamics, study the characteristics of oil circulation in the waste heat utilization system, and analyze its velocity field, temperature field, flow distribution, and heat balance. The results show that the oil circuit composed of the oilwater heat exchanger and oil pump in the system has a relatively small impact on the plate type radiator of the transformer itself;The newly added heat exchanger can improve the heat dissipation capacity of the transformer and reduce the top oil temperature by 8℃;At present, the heat dissipation of the plate type radiator still accounts for the main part of the plan.
