摘  要:对在运电力变压器进行变压器油中溶解气体分析(油色谱分析)是判断其内部是否存在潜伏性故障或监视故障发展情况的有效手段。文中针对一起油色谱在线监测发现的500kV变压器异常产乙炔的案例进行分析。首先以油色谱分析对异常产气的变压器进行预警,判断变压器内部存在低能火花放电故障;其次通过电气试验指导内检重点方向,并通过排油内检确定变压器内部放电故障点;最后结合放电原因分析,对在运变压器提出故障结论及运维检修策略,可以有效避免类似故障发生。The analysis of dissolved gases in transformer oil(oil chromatography analysis)is an effective means to determine whether there are hidden faults inside the operating power transformer or to monitor the development of faults. The article analyzes a case of abnormal acetylene production in a 500kV transformer discovered through online monitoring of oil chromatography. Firstly, oil chromatography analysis is used to alert transformers with abnormal gas production and determine the presence of low-energy spark discharge faults inside the transformer;Secondly, guide the key direction of internal inspection through electrical testing, and determine the internal discharge fault point of the transformer through oil discharge internal inspection;Finally, based on the analysis of discharge causes, fault diagnosis and maintenance strategies for transformers in operation can be proposed, which can effectively prevent similar faults from occurring.
