摘  要:目的:研究基于Mulligan动态关节松动术结合超声波治疗踝关节扭伤的临床疗效。方法:选自1例就诊于赣南医科大学第三附属医院的踝关节扭伤患者,通过Mulligan动态关节松动术和超声波治疗此患者踝部疾患,分别在干预前和干预3次后对患者的踝关节活动度(Range of motion,ROM)、Y-平衡测试(Y-balance test)、视觉模拟量表(Visual analogue scale,VAS)和徒手肌力(Manual muscle testing,MMT)进行评定。结果:相对于治疗前,经治疗3次后的踝关节ROM改善,VAS评分从6分至1分表现出显著降低,肌肉力量基本达到5级水平,平衡能力也得到恢复。结论:Mulligan动态关节松动术结合超声波疗法的应用显著改善了踝关节急性扭伤后患者的临床状况,使患者的功能活动与运动表现得到提升。Objective:To study the clinical effect of Mulligan mobilization with movement combined with ultrasonic therapy for ankle sprain.Methods:One case with ankle sprain was selected from The Third Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University.Mulligan mobilization with movement and ultrasound were used to treat the sport-born ankle disease.The range of motion(ROM)of the patient was measured before intervention and after 3 interventions,respectively,Y-balance test,visual analogue scale(VAS)and manual muscle testing(MMT)were evaluated.Results:Compared with before treatment,ankle ROM improved after 3 times of treatment.The VAS score decreased significantly from 6 to 1,muscle strength basically reached level 5,and balance was restored.Conclusion:Mulligan mobilization with movement combined with ultrasonic therapy can significantly improve the clinical status of patients with acute ankle sprain,and improve the functional activity and motor performance of patients.
