摘  要:道德采购与信息披露是供应链企业社会责任中的焦点问题.为解决企业关于道德采购与信息披露决策的权衡问题,探究企业道德采购与信息披露决策之间的互动机理,本文构建了由履行社会责任的道德供应商与存在违背社会责任风险的非道德供应商、两个竞争实力不一的买方企业所构成的二级供应链模型,其中,两个买方企业首先决策是否进行道德采购,然后决策是否披露采购来源.通过逆向归纳法求解博弈模型的均衡结果,并重点探讨了披露成本与市场份额之间的权衡对买方企业采购决策和披露决策的影响.研究发现,企业进行道德采购会促进企业进行信息披露,反之亦然.但随着披露成本的上升,企业将倾向于隐瞒其采购来源,企业进行道德采购的概率也随之下降,而市场声誉(道德采购所带来的市场份额增加和非道德采购被曝光的概率)则能激励企业的道德采购和信息披露行为.此外,两企业的道德采购与披露决策也受到市场竞争程度的影响.在披露成本适中时,市场竞争越激烈,双方的决策越趋同.Ethical sourcing and information disclosure are the focus issues in supply chain corporate social responsibility.In order to solve the tradeoffs between the decision-making of ethical sourcing and information disclosure,and explore the interaction mechanism between them,we construct a model consisting of an ethical supplier who fulfill its social responsibility,a nonethical supplier who have the risk of violating its social responsibility and two buying firms with different competitive strengths.Two buying firms first decide whether to choose an ethical supplier or an unethical supplier,and then decide whether to disclose their suppliers.We used backward induction to solve the Nash game equilibrium,and we focused on the impact of the tradeoffs between disclosure cost and market share on the buyer’s ethical sourcing and information disclosure.The study found that the ethical sourcing will promote a firm to disclose its sources,and vice versa.However,as the cost of disclosure increases,firms will tend to conceal their procurement sources,and the probability of companies conducting ethical souring will decrease,while market reputation(the increase in market share brought about by ethical sourcing and the probability of exposure to unethical sourcing)can motivate buying firms to choose ethical supplier and disclosure their information.In addition,the ethical purchasing and disclosure decisions of the two buying firms are also affected by the degree of market competition.When the cost of disclosure is moderate,the more competitive the market,the more the two buying firms’decisions converge.
