摘　　要：脊髓损伤患者出院后得到合理的延续护理能够降低患者再入院率,减轻患者痛苦及家庭负担。本文从脊髓损伤患者对“互联网+”服务的需求现状、开展方式、护理内容、开展效果及建议等方面综述了“互联网+”延续性护理在脊髓损伤患者中的应用现状。旨在探讨脊髓损伤患者延续护理的发展前景,为完善互联网平台建设及改善脊髓损伤患者居家康复质量提供参考。Reasonable transitional care for patients with spinal cord injury(SCI)after discharge can reduce their readmission rate,alleviate their pain and family burden.This article reviews the"Internet+"transitional care in patients with SCI from the aspects of the demand,implementation way,care content,effect and suggestions of"Internet+"services.The purpose of this article is to explore the prospect of transitional care for patients with SCI,and provide reference for improving the construction of Internet platform and the quality of home rehabilitation of patients with SCI.
