摘　　要：目的:探究阿莫西林联合妇科千金胶囊在急性盆腔炎治疗中对血清炎性因子的影响。方法:本研究选取2021年11月-2023年10月本院接收并治疗的90例急性盆腔炎患者作为研究对象。根据随机数字对照表法将90例患者分为实验组和对照组各45例。对照组给予阿莫西林胶囊,1粒/次,3次/d;实验组在对照组的基础上给予妇科千金胶囊治疗,2粒/次,3次/d。两组均治疗14 d为1个疗程。比较两组患者治疗后疗效、血清炎性因子指标、不良反应发生率。结果:实验组总有效率(95.35%)显著高于对照组(74.42%)(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者血清炎性因子指标水平均无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者血清炎性因子指标水平均降低,且实验组血清炎性因子指标水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组总不良反应发生率(11.11%)显著低于对照组(35.56%)(P<0.05)。结论:阿莫西林联合妇科千金胶囊在急性盆腔炎治疗中对血清炎性因子的影响显著。Objective:To investigate the effect of amoxicillin combined withFuke Qianjin capsules on serum inflammatory factors in the treatment of acute pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:In this study,90 patients with acute pelvic inflammatory disease received and treated in our hospital from November 2021 to October 2023 were selected as research objects.According to the random number comparison table method,90 patients were divided into experimental and control groups,with 45 patients in each group.The control group was administered an amoxicillin capsule(1 capsule/time,3 times/day).The experimental group was administered Fuke Qianjin capsules on the basis of the control group,2 capsules/time,3 times/day.Both groups were treated for 14 days as one course.The therapeutic effect,serum inflammatory factor index,adverse reactions,and total defect rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group(95.35%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(74.42%;P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the serum inflammatory factor indicators between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the serum inflammatory factor index levels of both groups decreased,and the serum inflammatory factor index level of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group(11.11%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(35.56%;P<0.05).Conclusions:The combination of amoxicillin and Fuke Qianjin capsules had a significant effect on serum inflammatory factors in the treatment of acute pelvic inflammatory disease.
