消炎利胆片联合熊去氧胆酸治疗胆囊结石术后患者临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析消炎利胆片联合熊去氧胆酸对胆囊结石术后患者的影响。方法:选取2021年1月-2023年10月本院收治的80例胆囊结石术后患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。对照组行熊去氧胆酸治疗(250 mg/次,3次/d口服),观察组在对照组基础上联合消炎利胆片治疗(6片/次,3次/d口服),连续治疗1个月。比较两组临床疗效、胃肠功能恢复情况、炎症因子水平、肝功能、不良反应和复发率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,胃肠功能恢复时间短于对照组,结石复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组各炎症因子和肝功能指标比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组各炎症因子和肝功能指标低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:消炎利胆片联合熊去氧胆酸可加快胆囊结石术后患者胃肠功能恢复,减轻炎症反应,改善肝功能,降低结石复发率,且无严重不良反应。Objective:To analyze the effects of XiaoyanLidan tablets combined with ursodeoxycholic acid in postoperative patients with gallstones.Methods:Eighty postoperative patients with cholecystolithiasis in our hospital between January 2021 and October 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with ursodeoxycholic acid(250 mg/time,3 times/d,orally),while the observation group was treated with Xiaoyan Lidan tablets(6 tablets/time,3 times/d,orally)on the basis of the control group for one month.Clinical efficacy,gastrointestinal function recovery,inflammatory factor level,liver function,adverse reactions,and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the recovery time of gastrointestinal function was shorter than that of the control group,and the recurrence rate of stones was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in inflammatory factors and liver function indices between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the inflammatory factor levels and liver function indices in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoyan Lidan tablets combined with ursodeoxycholic acid can accelerate the recovery of gastrointestinal function,reduce inflammatory reactions,improve liver function,and reduce the recurrence rate of gallstones after cholecystectomy,with no serious adverse reactions.
