叙事医学在全科医学生人文精神培育中的实践效果研究

摘　　要：在全科医学生人才培养过程中实践全流程的叙事医学教学,并从学生共情、反思、社会适应能力和职业认同感四个方面评价教学效果。通过对比分析发现,叙事医学能够提高全科医学生的共情能力、反思能力和社会适应能力,有助于维持学生对医学职业的持续认同,这对培育全科医学生的人文精神具有较好的效果。In the process of cultivating general medical students,the whole process of narrative medical teaching was practiced,and the teaching effect was evaluated from four aspects:students'empathy,reflection,social adaptability and professional identity.Through comparative analysis,it is found that narrative medicine can improve the empathy,reflection and social adaptability of general practice students,and help to maintain students'continuous identification with the medical profession,which has a good effect on cultivating the humanistic spirit of general practice students.
