摘　　要：项背肌筋膜炎是一种慢性软组织损伤,本病发病范围广,好发于老年人、重体力劳动者、运动员、文职人员和频繁使用电脑工作人员,随着现代社会技术发展,电脑、手机等设备广泛使用,人们长期保持伏案工作的时间越来越多,导致本病发病率升高。本病以疼痛、活动受限为主要表现,因疾病定义及病名命名混乱、发病机制复杂、诊断标准尚不统一,且其临床症状多样,并存在一定的个体差异性,常被误诊、漏诊。本文检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普网、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed和Embase等6个中英文数据库2019年1月1日至2024年4月1日间发表的项背肌筋膜炎相关文献,并在检索项背肌筋膜炎同时增加筋膜炎、肌筋膜炎、肌筋膜疼痛症、肩背肌筋膜炎、背肌筋膜炎、肩胛肌筋膜炎、肩背痛、项背痛等关键词,通读文献后根据症状及定义进行相关性筛选,对其病因、病机、诊断及治疗进行总结,其中着重对近5年的中、西医治疗研究进行分类总结,以期为进一步研究提供参考。Nape muscle fasciitis is a chronic soft tissue injury,the disease has a wide range of morbidity,often occurring in the elderly,heavy laborers,athletes,clerical staff and frequent use of computers,with the development of modern technology,computers,cell phones and other devices are widely used,people keep more and more time working at the desk for a long period of time,the incidence of the disease is getting higher and higher.This disease is mainly manifested by pain and activity limitation,which is often misdiagnosed and underdiagnosed due to the confusion in the definition and nomenclature of the disease,the complexity of the pathogenesis,the diagnostic criteria are not yet standardized,and the diversity of its clinical symptoms and the existence of a certain degree of individual variability.This study conducted a comprehensive literature search on Nape muscle fasciitis in six databases,including CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,SinoMed,PubMed,and Embase,covering the period from January 1,2019,to April 1,2024.To ensure a comprehensive search,additional keywords such as fasciitis,myofascitis,myofascial pain syndrome,shoulder and back myofascitis,back myofascitis,scapular myofascitis,shoulder and back pain,and neck and back pain were included.After a thorough review of the retrieved articles based on symptoms and definitions,a meticulous screening process was undertaken to identify relevant studies.This paper summarizes the etiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis,and treatment of neck and back myofascitis,with a particular focus on classifying and summarizing research on both traditional Chinese and Western medical treatments conducted over the past five years.The aim is to provide valuable references for future research in this field.
