摘　　要：目的探究社区老年人肌少症与多维度衰弱的关系,以及老年人肌少症的影响因素。方法2023年6月至2024年3月,采用一般资料调查表、老年衰弱筛查表、肌肉减少症量表对750例社区老年人进行问卷调查。采用描述性比较肌少症组与非肌少症组老年人一般状况,采用t检验比较肌少症组与非肌少症组老年人多维度衰弱状况,采用二分类logistic回归分析社区老年人多维度衰弱对肌少症的影响。结果本调查社区老年人中存在肌少症有234例,发生率为33.1%。Pearson相关分析结果显示,老年人7个衰弱维度均与肌少症呈正相关(r=0.160~0.596,P<0.01)。回归分析结果显示,功能性生活能力、体力活动状况、营养状况、口腔功能、认知能力和情绪状态是社区老年人肌少症的危险因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论应重点关注社区老年人多维度衰弱,减少肌少症发生,以提高社区老年人的生活质量。Objective To explore the relationship between multidimensional weakness and sarcopenia among the elderly in community,and the influencing factors of sarcopenia among the elderly.Methods From June 2023 to March 2024,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 750 the elderly in the community with general information questionnaire,senile asthenia screening scale and sarcopenia scale.Descriptive comparison was used to compare the general situation of the elderly in the sarcopenia group and the non-sarcopenia group.T test was used to compare the multi-dimensional weakness of the elderly in the sarcopenia group and the non-sarcopenia group.Binary logistic regression was used to analyze the influence of multi-dimensional weakness of the elderly in community on sarcopenia.Results There were 234 elderly people with sarcopenia,the incidence rate was 33.1%.Pearson correlation analysis showed that all seven dimensions of weakness in the elderly were positively correlated with sarcopenia(r=0.160~0.596,P<0.01).Regression analysis showed that functional life ability,physical activity status,nutritional status,oral function,cognitive ability and emotional status were the risk factors of sarcopenia among the elderly in the community(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion We should pay attention to the multi-dimensional weakness of the elderly in the community,reduce the occurrence of sarcopenia,and improve the quality of life of the elderly in the community.
