揿针及联合疗法治疗骨关节炎的机制探讨

摘　　要：骨关节炎又称为骨关节病、退行性关节炎、增生性关节炎、老年性关节炎,是一种病因尚不明确的以关节软骨退行性变和继发性骨质增生为特征的慢性关节疾病,是老年群体最常见的健康问题之一。骨关节炎属中医“痹症”范畴,是因人体正气不足,感受风寒湿邪,而致气血运行不畅,经络痹阻,出现肌肉、筋骨、关节疼痛、屈伸不利、甚至变形不用的疾病。揿针为中医外治法治疗该病的重要方式,因疗效肯定,操作简便安全,治疗副作用小,患者依从性高,在临床广泛运用。笔者就揿针及揿针联合疗法在有效缓解疼痛,改善关节功能活动,改善老年人体质,改善骨关节炎引起的情绪及心理问题,增强老年患者的生活质量等方面探讨揿针治疗的机制。Osteoarthritis(OA)is also known as osteoarthritis,degenerative osteoarthritis,hyperplastic osteoarthritis,senile osteoarthritis,It is a chronic joint disease characterized by joint cartilage degeneration and secondary osteoplasia,which is one of the most common health problems in the elderly population.It belongs to the category of“The disease of polio”in Chinese medicine,because the human body has insufficient moral energy and feels wind,chills and evils,which causes improper flow of qi and blood,blockages menstrual meridians,and causes pain in the muscles,muscles and joints,unfavorable distraction,and even deformity and uselessness.Because of its positive clinical effect,simple and safe manipulation,less side effect and high compliance,thumbtack needle has become an important treatment method of TCM external treatment for the disease,and it is widely used in clinical practice.The author discusses the mechanism of Thumbtack needle and Thumbtack needle combined therapy to effectively relieve pain,improve joint functional activity,improve the physical condition of the elderly,improve the emotional and psychological problems caused by osteoarthritis,enhance the Quality of Life of Elderly Patients.
