针刺条口透承山治疗肩峰下滑囊炎的理论浅析

摘　　要：针刺条口穴透承山穴是治疗肩关节疾患的经验取穴,作者在临床治疗肩峰下滑囊炎的时候运用此法均有理想的治疗效果,尤其是针对由于某些特殊原因,不适宜直接在患处进行针灸、拔罐、刮痧、贴敷、推拿等中医治疗的老年患者。条口穴透承山穴属于远端取穴的治疗方法,此法照顾到老年患者的特殊情况,治疗方式简单,容易被患者接受,消除患者顾虑,获得患者信任,医患双方相互配合,往往能够取得满意的治疗效果。本文从经络循行分布的解剖位置、治疗方法、经络理论3个方面对选穴原因予以探析,并且列举日常临床真实病案予以举例说明。Treatment of shoulder disease with Tiaokou acupoint and Chengshan acupoint is the experience of acupoint selection,when the author treat subacromial bursitis with these acupoints,good therapeutic effects can be achieved.Especially for the elderly patients who are not suitable for acupuncture and moxibustion,cupping,scraping,sticking,massage and other traditional Chinese medicine treatment in the affected area due to some special reasons.Tiaokou acupoint penetrating Chengshan acupoint belongs to the treatment method of remote acupoint selection,which takes into account the special situation of elderly patients.The treatment method is simple,easy to be accepted by patients,dispels patient concerns,gains patient trust,and the cooperation between doctors and patients often leads to the final satisfactory treatment effect.In this paper,the author try to analyze the reason for choosing acupoints from three aspects,including the anatomical position of meridians,therapeutic method,and meridians theory,and provide examples of daily clinical real medical records for explanation.
