摘　　要：以四个“共同倡导”为主要内容的全球文明倡议不仅植根于中华文明的文化基因,还传承了马克思主义的文明思想,更形成了新时代中国的全球文明观。全球文明倡议的提出既守护了世界文明多样性的应然法则,为不同文明破解“文明冲突论”提供了根本遵循,还顺应了人类社会现代化的历史进程,为世界各国自主探索现代化道路指明了前进方向,更回应了发展与安全的时代主题,为国际社会共建人类文明百花园贡献了中国方案。在推动和落实全球文明倡议的国际进程中,中国需要推进中国式法治现代化,建设中华民族现代文明;弘扬《联合国宪章》的国际法治精神,落实联合国《不同文明对话全球议程》;加强非物质文化遗产国际合作,共担非物质文化遗产数字化保护使命;建立国家间文化合作机制,丰富各国民间人文交流内涵;创设全球性的文明对话平台,推动创造人类文明新形态。The Global Civilization Initiative,with four“common advocates”as its main content,is not only rooted in the cultural genes of Chinese civilization,but also inherits the civilization ideas of Marxism,and has formed a global civilization view of China in the new era.The proposal of the Global Civilization Initiative not only safeguards the natural law of world civilization diversity and provides fundamental guidance for different civilizations to solve the“clash of civilizations theory,”but also conforms to the historical process of human social modernization and points out the direction for countries around the world to explore modernization independently,and responds to the theme of development and security of the times,which contributes to a Chinese solution for the international community to construct the garden of human civilization.In the process of promoting and implementing the Global Civilization Initiative,China needs to advance its modernization of the rule of law to build a modern civilization for the Chinese nation;promote the spirit of international rule of law based on the United Nations Charter and implement the United Nations Global Agenda for Dialogue among Civilizations;strengthen international cooperation on intangible cultural heritage and share the mission of digital protection of intangible cultural heritage;enhance official cultural cooperation mechanisms among countries and enrich the connotation of people exchanges among nations;establish a global platform for dialogue among civilizations and promote new forms of human civilization.
