摘 要:使用六偏磷酸钠作为分散剂制得纳米TiO_(2)分散悬浮乳液,将涤纶针织物浸渍在乳液中,使TiO_(2)负载到织物上,通过热压使纳米TiO_(2)固着在织物上。用扫描电子显微镜、能谱分析、防紫外线性能等测试分别对织物整理前后的表面形貌、元素分布、紫外线屏蔽性能及耐水洗性进行表征。结果表明,纳米TiO_(2)粒子成功均匀分散负载在织物上,织物的UPF值从57.43提升到229.14,防紫外线性能显著提升,经过10次水洗后织物的UPF值仍保持在200.00以上,且织物的力学性能、白度、透气性能和手感均没有明显变化。The nano TiO_(2) dispersion suspension emulsion was prepared by using sodium hexametaphosphate as dispersing agent.The polyester knitted fabric was impregnated in the emulsion so that TiO_(2) was loaded onto the fabric and the nano TiO_(2) was then fixed on the fabric by hot pressing.The surface morphology,element distribution,UV shielding performance and water washing resistance of the fabric before and after finishing were characterized by scanning electron microscope,energy spectrum analysis and UV protection performance.The results show that the nano-TiO_(2) particles are successfully evenly dispersed and loaded on the fabric,the UPF value of the fabric is increased from 57.43 to 229.14,and the UV resistance is significantly improved.After 10 times of washing,the UPF value of the fabric remains above 200.00,and the mechanical properties,whiteness,air permeability and handle of the fabric do not change significantly.
