摘 要:大视场的医用电子内窥镜可以帮助医生获得较宽的视野,在不移动器械的情况下进行诊断和治疗,可以降低手术风险,提高准确率,在微创外科手术中有着不可替代的重要作用。为了达到大视场的成像效果,常见的做法是使用非球面透镜进行设计,但是由于大视场带来了轴外像差不容易校正,影响分辨率,因此,开展大视场内窥镜成像系统的研究有着实际意义。对大视场医用电子内窥镜的光学成像方式进行了分析,并对其未来发展进行了分析和展望。Medical electronic endoscopes with a large field of view can help doctors obtain a wider field of view,diagnose and treat without moving instruments,reduce surgical risks,improve accuracy,and play an irreplaceable role in minimally invasive surgery.In order to achieve the imaging effect of large field of view,it is common to use aspherical lens for design,but because the off-axis aberration caused by large field of view is not easy to correct and affects the resolution,it is of practical significance to carry out the research of large field of view endoscope imaging system.In this paper,the optical imaging method of large-field medical electronic endoscope is analyzed,and its future development is analyzed and prospected.
