摘　　要：随动物福利要求的提高,环形赶牛道系统在肉牛屠宰厂中应用越来越多。本文针对环形赶牛道系统的设计原理、常见设计问题及设计案例进行了系统论述,针对不同屠宰场景分别阐述了迂回式环形赶牛道、简易环形赶牛道和多通道环形赶牛道的设计要点,为今后肉牛屠宰厂待宰圈环形赶牛道系统的设计应用提供了理论依据。With the increasing demand for animal welfare,the curved chute system is increasingly being applied in cattle slaughterhouses.This article systematically discusses the design principles,common problems,and design cases of the curved chute system.The design points are summarized for the roundabout curved chute system,simple curved chute system and multichannel curved chute system for different slaughtering scenarios.This article providing a theoretical basis for the design and application of the curved chute system in the slaughterhouses.
