摘  要:超低温环境试验过程中,低温试件通过运送通道,造成运送通道内环境温度降至110 K。保证运送通道的混凝土结构安全,通道内部需做保温防冻。受结构尺寸限制,不能按《冷库设计标准》计算保温厚度。需按照实际情况计算保温厚度。制作试验装置,利用液氮提供稳定冷源,验证计算结果满足要求,可应用于实际工程。During the ultra-low temperature environmental test,the low-temperature specimen passed through the transport channel,causing the ambient temperature in the transport channel to drop to 110 K.To ensure the safety of the concrete structure of the transport channel,the channel needs to be insulated to prevent freezing.Limited by the size of the structure,the insulation thickness can not be calculated according to the"cold storage design standard".The insulation thickness must be calculated according to the actual situation.Make a test device and use liquid nitrogen to provide a stable cold source.Verify that the calculation results meet the requirements and can be applied to practical projects.
