摘 要:本文结合实际工程中的应用对现阶段大中型冷库11种常用制冷系统压缩机组能效进行探讨,分别计算-25℃冷库和-18℃冷库采用不同制冷系统时压缩机组的能效,并进行对比分析。计算结果显示2种库温条件下,R717双级压缩制冷系统的能效最高,R507A单级压缩/R744间接式制冷系统的能效最低。在-25℃和-18℃库温条件,R507A单级压缩/R744间接式制冷系统的能效分别为R717双级压缩制冷系统能效的64.2%和68.4%。Combined with the application in practical engineering,the energy efficiency of 11 kinds of commonly used refrigeration system compressor units in large and medium-sized cold storage at this stage is discussed.The energy efficiency of compressor units in different refrigeration systems for-25℃cold storage and-18℃cold storage is calculated and compared.The results show that the two-stage compression refrigeration system with R717 has the highest energy efficiency,and the single-stage compression refrigeration system with R507A/R744 has the lowest energy efficiency.The energy efficiency of R507A single-stage compression/R744 indirect refrigeration system is only 64.2%and 68.4%of R717 two-stage compression refrigeration system at-25℃and-18℃,respectively.
