摘 要:钛基复合材料因其优异的高温力学性能,在航空航天和海洋工程领域具有广泛的应用前景。但在高温含盐环境下服役时,会遭受热腐蚀,限制其应用。在钛基复合材料中添加TiB增强相,可进一步提高其高温强度和使用温度,在此基础上,研究其在高温盐环境下的热腐蚀行为和机制。研究了TiB增强钛基复合材料在973 K条件下热腐蚀30 h的腐蚀行为,测定了材料的热腐蚀质量变化,并采用X射线衍射仪(X-ray diffractometer,XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(scanning electron microscope,SEM)对材料热腐蚀后表面腐蚀产物、形貌以及截面结构进行分析。热腐蚀过程中,材料表面形成细丝状TiO2晶体、微裂纹以及颗粒状腐蚀产物等形貌。结果表明,随着TiB增强相体积分数的增加,材料表面氧化物膜层致密度增加,膜层中缺陷减少,表面腐蚀行为减轻,材料耐热腐蚀性提高。Titanium matrix composites have a wide range of applications in aerospace and ocean engineering due to their excellent high-temperature mechanical properties.But they suffer from thermal corrosion when serving in high-temperature salt-containing environments,limiting their applications.The addition of TiB reinforced phase to titanium matrix composites can further increase their high temperature strength and service temperature,which can be used to investigate thermal corrosion behavior and mechanism under high temperature salt immersion environment for rational use.The corrosion behavior of TiB-reinforced titanium matrix composites thermally corroded at 973 K for 30 h was investigated,and the thermal corrosion quality change of the materials was determined.X-ray diffractometer(XRD)and scanning electron microscope(SEM)were used to examine the surface corrosion products,morphology and cross-section structure of the materials after thermal corrosion.During the thermal corrosion process,filamentary TiO2 crystals,microcracks,granular corrosion products and other morphologies were appeared on the surfaces of the materials.The results show that with the increase of the volume fraction of TiB reinforcing phase,the oxide film layer on the surface of the material exhibited the increased density,reduced defects and surface corrosion behavior,indicating the improvement of the heat corrosion resistance of the material.
