摘 要:通过微弧氧化技术,采用含CaF_(2)与SrF_(2)的磷酸盐电解液制备多种镁基生物活性涂层,对电解液和涂层进行膜层生长研究、微观形貌表征、性能测试。结果表明:相比仅含有主盐Na_(3)PO_(4)·12H_(2)O、KOH的电解液,含Na_(3)PO_(4)·12H_(2)O、KOH、CaF_(2)、SrF_(2)的电解液所制备样品的亲水性、耐腐蚀性更好,且生物元素Ca、Sr、F含量更高;电解质的不同引起样品电导率的变化,最高电导率的电解液有最高的反应电压,其制备的膜层具有最高的孔隙率、粗糙度和最大的膜层厚度;膜层主要相均为Mg和MgO,F在膜层中以未溶解的CaF_(2)、MgF_(2)的形式存在。Through the technology of micro-arc oxidation,a variety of bioactive coatings were prepared using phosphate electrolytes containing CaF_(2)and SrF_(2).In this experiment,the film growth,micromorphological characterization and performance test of the electrolyte and coating were carried out.Compared with the electrolyte containing Na_(3)PO_(4)·12H_(2)O,KOH,CaF_(2)and SrF_(2),the samples prepared by the electrolyte containing only the main salt Na_(3)PO_(4)·12H_(2)O and KOH have the best hydrophilic and corrosion resistance,and contain the highest content of biological elements Ca,Sr and F;Different electrolytes cause changes in conductivity.The electrolyte with the highest conductivity has the highest reaction voltage,and the prepared film has the biggest porosity,roughness and thickness of the film;the main phases of the film are Mg and MgO,F exists in the film layer in the form of undissolved CaF_(2)and MgF_(2).
