摘　　要：随着医疗技术的进步和护理理念的发展,儿科患者的导管安全已成为临床护理工作中的重要议题。文章旨在阐述儿科导管安全循证护理实践现状及获得的临床收益、面临的挑战,以及促进基于证据的导管安全实施策略,为儿科临床护理实践者提供借鉴。The safety of catheters is important for pediatric patients in the process of diagnosis and treatment,and plays a crucial role in a variety of medical scenarios.Catheter safety in pediatric patients has become an important issue of nursing quality management.This article aimed to elaborate the current status of evidence-based nursing practice of safety management of catheters in pediatric patients,the clinical benefits obtained,the challenges faced,and the implementation strategies to promote evidence-based nursing practice.It is expected to provide information of safety management for pediatric nurses.
