摘　　要：目的:构建基于Chatbot的育龄期乳腺癌化疗患者生育指导方案,为临床护理人员对患者进行生育指导提供参考依据。方法:成立研究小组,在证据总结结合质性研究的基础上,初步形成育龄期乳腺癌化疗患者生育指导方案初稿。通过德尔菲法进行2轮专家函询,确定方案终稿。结果:2轮专家函询的问卷回收率均为100%,专家权威系数为0.86,第1轮专家函询中,条目的重要性肯德尔和谐系数为0.16(P<0.001),可行性肯德尔和谐系数为0.15(P<0.001);第2轮专家函询中,条目的重要性肯德尔和谐系数为0.25(P<0.001),可行性肯德尔和谐系数为0.23(P<0.001)。最终干预方案包括3个干预时机、11个干预主题、29条干预内容。结论:构建的育龄期乳腺癌化疗患者生育指导方案具有科学性、针对性、全面性、创新性,可为临床护理人员开展生育指导提供借鉴和参考。Objective:To develop a fertility guidance program for breast cancer patients of childbearing age who received chemotherapy for breast cancer.Methods:A research group was established,and the draft of the fertility guidance program for breast cancer patients of childbearing age was initially formed on the basis of evidence summary and findings of the qualitative interviews.Two rounds of expert consultation were conducted by Delphi method,and the final version of the program was determined.Results:The questionnaire recovery rate of the two rounds of expert consultation was 100%,and the expert authority coefficient was 0.86.In the first round of expert consultation,the Kendall harmony coefficient of the item's importance was 0.16(P<0.001),and the Kendall harmony coefficient of feasibility was 0.15(P<0.001).In the second round of expert consultation,the Kendall Harmony Coefficient of the item's importance is 0.25(P<0.001),and the Kendall Harmony Coefficient of the item's feasibility is 0.23(P<0.001).The final program included 3 intervention opportunities,11 intervention themes and 29 intervention contents.Conclusion:The fertility guidance program for breast cancer patients of childbearing age undergoing chemotherapy is scientific,comprehensive and innovative,which can provide reference for clinical nurses to carry out fertility education.
