摘　　要：目的:构建基于风险评估的家庭主要照顾者分级居丧支持干预策略清单,指引护士为家庭主要照顾者提供居丧照护。方法:在充分回顾文献基础上构建策略清单,采用德尔菲法对17名专家进行函询,根据专家对各级指标重要性、可行性的评分及提出的意见对清单内容进行修改和增删。结果:共开展两轮专家函询,最终确立的“家庭主要照顾者分级居丧支持干预策略清单”包括2个一级指标,7个二级指标,22个三级指标,其中18个指标应用于所有居丧人群,4个指标仅应用于高居丧风险人群。两轮专家函询的专家积极系数均为100%,熟悉程度系数为0.88,判断依据系数为0.93,权威系数为0.91。结论:家庭主要照顾者分级居丧支持干预策略清单具有较好的科学性、可信性、适用性、系统性及针对性,可为临床护士提供规范、便捷的实践指引。Objective:To construct a risk assessment based checklist of graded bereavement support intervention strategies for primary family caregivers,guiding nurses to provide bereavement care for primary family caregivers.Methods:Based on a thorough literature review,a list of graded bereavement support intervention strategies for primary family caregivers was constructed.The Delphi method was used to consult 17 experts,and the content of the list was modified,added,and deleted according to their scores on the importance and feasibility of items and their opinions.Results:Two rounds of expert consultations were conducted,and the final"Risk Assessment Based Graded Bereavement Support Strategies Checklist"was established,including 2 first-level indicators,7 secondary-level indicators,and 22 tertiary-level indicators.18 indicators were applied to all bereaved caregivers,and the other 4 indicators were only applied to caregivers on high bereavement risk.The response rates of 2 rounds were both 100%;the familiarity coefficient,judgment basis coefficient,and authority coefficient of expert consultation were 0.88,0.93,and 0.91 respectively.Conclusion:The risk assessment based graded bereavement support strategies checklist has good scientific,feasible,applicable,practical,systematic,and targeted characteristics,and can provide standardized and convenient practical guidance for clinical nurses.
