摘　　要：从慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者运动恐惧的现状及影响因素、评估工具、干预方法进行综述,旨在提高临床护理人员的重视程度,及时发现患者运动恐惧现象,采取针对性干预措施指导临床工作,降低患者运动恐惧水平,促进患者运动行为,从而提高慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的生活质量和疾病预后。This paper summarized the status quo,influencing factors,assessment tools,and interventional programs of kinesiophobiain patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease.We aimed to call attention of clinical nurses to timely detect kinesiophobia in patients and take targeted interventions.Accordingly,the level of kinesiophobia in patients will be decreased,the exercise behavior will be promoted,and the quality of life and prognosis of patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease will be improved finally.
