摘  要:高压脉冲点火线圈是新能源汽车、智能工控和储能设备的核心控制单元,以高精度的厚铜线路为主,需要承受8000 V以上的高压,因此对印制电路板(PCB)介质厚、板厚均匀性、线路图形精度、尺寸稳定性等有特殊要求。从材料、产品结构、工艺流程、板厚均匀性、平面线圈电感量、槽孔尺寸、盘中孔平整性等方面进行试验,找出最优的加工方案,满足客户对高压脉冲PCB产品质量和高可靠性的需求。The high-voltage pulse ignition coil is the core control unit of new energy vehicles,intelligent industrial control and energy storage equipment,mainly with high-precision thick copper lines.Usually,it needs to withstand high voltage above 8000 V,and has special requirements for PCB thickness,plate thickness uniformity,line graphic accuracy,dimensional stability and so on.In this paper,from the aspects of material,product structure,process flow,plate thickness uniformity,planar coil inductance,slot hole size,plate hole flatness and so on,experimental study is carried out to find the best processing plan,so as to meet the customer's high⁃voltage pulse PCB product quality and high reliability.
