摘  要:对安钢焦化厂140 t/h干熄焦一次除尘器挡墙倒塌的原因进行了分析,通过改进一次除尘器挡墙耐火砖的外形结构,增加挡墙上部砌体嵌入拱顶的深度等措施,提高了一次除尘器挡墙的稳定性,保护了锅炉炉管,延长了干熄焦除尘系统的寿命。An analysis were conducted on the reasons for the collapse of the retaining wall of the 140 t/h dry quenching coke primary dust collector at the Coking Plant of Anyang Steel.By improving the external structure of the refractory bricks on the retaining wall and increasing the depth of the upper masonry embedded in the arch of the retaining wall,the stability of the retaining wall of the primary dust collector was improved,the boiler tubes were protected,and the service life of the dry quenching coke dust removal system was extended.
