摘  要:C3美标槽钢相对于国标槽钢而言,其腰部更厚,腿更短,在生产中矫直难度大,易造成头部外缘斜度和弯腰挠度超差的问题。通过优化孔型系统,在K1架次后新增高温矫直工艺,可以解决C3美标槽钢头部外缘斜度和弯腰挠度超差的问题。Due to the fact that C3 American standard channel steel has a thicker waist and shorter legs compared to national standard channel steel,it is difficult to straighten during production,which can easily cause problems such as excessive inclination of the outer edge of the head and bending deflection.By optimizing the hole type system and adding high-temperature straightening technology after K1 flight,the problems of excessive outer edge slope and bending deflection can be solved.
