摘　　要：针对炉卷轧机生产4.5 mm薄规格产品过程中存在的主要问题进行研究,从坯料设计、工艺优化、辊型优化、热矫模型优化等方面着手,成功地开发出Q355D钢种4.5 mm×2500 mm规格产品,该产品尺寸、板形、性能、表面质量满足国家标准。A study was conducted on the main problems in the production of 4.5 mm thin specification products by the Steekle mill.Through optimization and improvement of billet design,process optimization,roller type optimization and hot straightening model,Q355D steel grade 4.5 mm×2500 mm specification products were successfully developed.The product size,plate shape,performance and surface quality can meet the requirements of national standards.
