摘　　要：介绍了蒙乃尔合金吸气特性及气孔形成机理,分析了熔炼工艺对蒙乃尔合金铸件气孔的影响。针对蒙乃尔合金铸件制造过程的关键点和难点,在造型工艺、熔炼工艺方面采取了相应改善预防措施,解决了蒙乃尔合金铸件气孔问题。The inspiratory characteristics and porosity formation mechanism of Monel alloy are introduced.The influence of melting process on porosity of Monel alloy castings is analyzed.In view of the key points and difficulties in the manufacturing process of Monel alloy castings,the corresponding preventive measures were taken to improve the casting process and melting process,and the porosity problem of Monel alloy castings was solved.
