柴油机中间体铸造工艺的优化设计

摘  要:为了进一步改善大型柴油机中间体的质量,满足产品不断提高的技术要求,分析了产品目前的质量状况,并对中间体的铸造工艺进行优化设计。通过改进造型工艺、熔炼工艺,配合操作过程质量控制,对比了几次工艺优化试验所生产的铸件的质量,最终使中间体的质量有了比较明显的改善,工艺改进有效,基本达到技术要求。In order to further improve the quality of large diesel engine intermediates and meet the constantly improving technical requirements of products,the current quality status of the products was analyzed,and the casting process of the intermediates was optimized and designed.By improving the molding process,melting process,and coordinating with quality control during the operation process,the quality of castings produced by several process optimization experiments was compared,and ultimately the quality of intermediates was significantly improved.The process improvement was effective and basically met the technical requirements.
