摘　　要：市场上存在多个涵盖VVC标准专利的专利池,VVC专利池的许可面临与HEVC一样的多专利池并存的情况,目前尚未有文章统一比较分析这些专利池。本文分析了多个涵盖VVC标准的专利池,主要比较分析了各专利池的许可人、被许可人、许可专利、许可费用,还分析了多专利池对技术实施的影响。希望通过上述研究,能够为我国企业在VVC技术研发和实施方面提供帮助,鼓励企业更多地参与标准必要专利池的建设。There are multiple patent pools containing VVC standard patents in the market,and the licensing of VVC patent pools is facing the same situation as HEVC,and there is no article yet comparing and analyzing the existing patent pools.This paper analyzes multiple patent pools containing VVC standards in the market,mainly compares and analyzes the licensor,licensee,licensed patents and licensing fees of each patent pool,and also analyzes the impact of multiple patent pools on the implementation ofthe technology.It is expected that the above research can provide help for Chinese enterprises in the technical R&D and implementation of VVC,and encourage enterprises to participate more in the construction ofstandard essential patent pools.
