摘　　要：苜蓿,作为苜蓿属植物的统称,是一种具有显著价值的草本植物,其生命周期可涵盖一年生或多年生。作为优质的饲草植物,苜蓿在全球畜牧业中扮演着不可或缺的角色,其卓越的营养成分和广泛的适应性使得它受到了世界各国的青睐,进而被广泛引种和栽培。这一广泛的栽培实践不仅凸显了苜蓿的经济价值,也进一步证明了其在农业生态系统中的重要地位。近年来,内蒙古苜蓿干草用量下降,对奶牛的生产性能造成一定影响,导致奶牛产奶量减少,同时牛奶乳脂率和蛋白含量下降,奶牛易患营养代谢病。生产国产优质苜蓿,替代进口苜蓿,已成为迫在眉睫的任务所在。因此,需要通过内蒙古优质苜蓿高质量标准体系建立和实施,推广先进理念和生产规范,将先进技术资源进行整合,形成带动整体提升的标准方案。本文简述了国内外苜蓿产业发展状况及标准化现状,分析国内苜蓿产业发展存在的问题,提出科学合理,符合产业发展实际需要的对策,以期推动内蒙古优质苜蓿品质提升,促进饲草产业高质量发展。Alfalfa,as a general term for plants in the genus alfalfa,is a herbaceous plant with significant value,and its life cycle can cover annual or perennial plants.As a high-quality forage plant,alfalfa plays an indispensable role in global animal husbandry.Its excellent nutritional content and wide adaptability have made it favored by countries around the world,leading to its widespread introduction and cultivation.This extensive cultivation practice not only highlights the economic value of alfalfa,but also further proves its important position in the agricultural ecosystem.In recent years,the amount of alfalfa hay used in Inner Mongolia has decreased,which has had a certain impact on the production performance of cows,leading to a decrease in milk production,as well as a decrease in milk fat content and protein content.Cows are prone to nutritional metabolism diseases.Producing domestically produced high-quality alfalfa to replace imported alfalfa has become an urgent task.Therefore,it is necessary to establish and implement a high-quality standards system for alfalfa in Inner Mongolia,promote advanced concepts and production norms,integrate advanced technological resources,and form a standard scheme that drives overall improvement.This article briefly describes the development status and standardization status of the domestic and foreign alfalfa industry,analyzes the problems in the development of the domestic alfalfa industry,and proposes scientific and reasonable countermeasures that meet the actual needs of industrial development,in order to promote the improvement of high�quality alfalfa in Inner Mongolia and the high-quality development of the forage industry.
