摘　　要：随着石油和天然气的勘探、开采、输送及精炼活动的持续增加,生成的油泥砂作为一种特殊固体废物,对环境和公众健康构成了显著威胁。本文综合分析了油泥砂的定义、组成、危害以及当前处理和资源化利用技术的应用情况。同时,重点讨论了油泥砂综合利用过程中潜在的环境风险评估及控制标准,包括污染物的浸出方法、环境风险评估框架、暴露情景分析、确定暴露途径及健康风险计算。旨在为油泥砂的安全综合利用和环境风险管理提供理论基础和实践指导。With the continuous increase in exploration,extraction,transportation,and refining activities of oil and natural gas,the generated oil sludge and sand,as special solid waste,pose a significant threat to the environment and public health.This article comprehensively analyzes the definition,composition,hazards,and current application of treatment and resource utilization technologies ofoil sludge and sand.At the same time,it discusses the potential environmental risk assessment and control standards in the comprehensive utilization process of oil sludge and sand,including the leaching methods of pollutants,environmental risk assessment framework,exposure scenario analysis,determination of exposure pathways,and health risk calculation.It is intended to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the safe comprehensive utilization and environmental risk management of oil sludge and sand.
