摘  要:目的:分析老年钙化性心脏瓣膜病的标准化超声诊断价值。方法:从云南省蒙自市第二人民医院2022年7月-2023年12月收入的老年钙化性心脏瓣膜病疑似病患者中随机抽取68例,按照回顾性分析法,分别抽出心电图检查对象34例,超声检查对象34例。结果:对比检出结果,观察组对象的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测率、阴性预测率均高于对照组,漏诊率、误诊率均低于对照组(P<0.05),有统计学意义。对比不良反应:对照组不良反应8例(23.53%),观察组不良反应2例(5.88%),观察组不良反应显著低于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:标准化诊断方式可鉴别老年钙化性心脏瓣膜病,检出率较高且患者检查后的不良反应例数较少,值得推广。Objective:To analyze the value of standardized ultrasound in the diagnosis of senile calcified valvular heart disease.Methods:68 cases of suspected elderly patients with calcified heart valvular disease admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Mengzi City in Yunnan Province from July 2022 to December 2023 were randomly selected.According to retrospective analysis,34 cases of ECG and 34 cases of ultrasound were selected respectively.Results:For the detection results,the sensitivity,specificity,positive prediction rate and negative prediction rate of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,and the missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate of the observation group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.For the adverse reactions:There were 8 adverse reactions(23.53%)in the control groupand 2 adverse reactions(5.88%)in the observation group.The adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The standardized diagnostic method can distinguish calcified heart valvular disease in the elderly with higher detection rate and less number of adverse reactions after examination,which is worth popularizing.
