摘　　要：目的:分析ICU标准化护理流程在重症脑出血患者中的应用价值。方法:选择山东大学齐鲁医院于2022年1月至2023年12月ICU收治的126例重症脑出血患者,2022年1月至2022年12月为对照组(63例,采用常规护理流程),2023年1月至2023年12月为观察组(63例,实施ICU标准化护理流程),对比两组的干预效果。结果:观察组血压、NIHSS评分、炎症因子水平、并发症发生率、机械通气时间、ICU治疗时间、住院时间均明显低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:在对重症脑出血患者实施临床治疗时,采用ICU标准化护理流程效果更佳,可显著维持血压平稳,降低炎症因子水平,减少并发症发生,促进快速康复,有较高应用价值。Objective:To analyze the application value of ICU standardized nursing procedure in patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:A total of 126 patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage admitted to the ICU of Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected.Among them,the control group were admitted from January 2022 to December 2022(63 cases with routine nursing procedures)and the observation group were admitted from January 2023 to December 2023(63 cases with standardized nursing procedures in ICU).The intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results:Blood pressure,NIHSS score,inflammatory factor level,complication rate,mechanical ventilation time,ICU treatment time and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage,ICU standardized nursing procedures have better effects,which can significantly maintain stable blood pressure,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,reduce complications,promote rapid recovery,and have high application value.
