标准化老年衰弱评估在老年患者护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探究在老年患者护理中应用标准化老年衰弱评估的效果。方法:本次研究对象为蚌埠医科大学第一附属医院的100例老年病科患者,入院时间为2022年4月—2024年4月,根据病历单双号分组,每组50例,其中对照组老年患者应用基础性护理,观察组应用标准化老年衰弱评估及针对性护理,对比临床效果。结果:观察组老年患者意外事件发生率低于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组老年患者并发症发生率低于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在老年患者护理中应用标准化老年衰弱评估,有助于降低意外事件发生概率,有效预防并发症,值得推广应用。Objective:To explore the effect of applying standardized geriatric frailty assessment in the nursing of elderly patients.Methods:The subjects of this study were 100 patients in the Department of Geriatrics of the First Affliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University,who were admitted from April 2022 to April 2024.They were divided into two groups with 50 patients in each group acording to the odd-even numbers of their medical records.Basic nursing was applied to elderly patients in the control group,while standardized assessment and targeted nursing were applied to the observation group,and the clinical effects were compared.Results:The incidence of accidents in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of standardized geriatric frailty assessment in the nursing of elderly patients is helpful to reduce the probability of accidents and effectively prevent complications,which is worth popularizing.
