摘 要:目的:研究标准化情境教学法在主动脉夹层院前急诊护理培训中的应用。方法:纳入德阳市人民医院2022年1月至2023年1月参与主动脉夹层院前急诊护理培训的护士40名。普通教学方法组(20名)实施常规临床教学,标准化情境教学法组(20名)采用标准化情境教学法,开展主动脉夹层院前急诊护理培训,比较两组教学效果。结果:培训1个月后,标准化情境教学法组的主动脉夹层护理理论知识、主动脉夹层院前急救护理技能评分、急诊护理思维能力评分、处理问题能力评分、紧急事件处理能力、护士核心能力评分、护理培训满意率,均高于普通教学方法组(P<0.05)。结论:在主动脉夹层院前急诊护理培训活动中,实施标准化情境教学法具有更佳效果。Objective:To study the application of standardized situational teaching method in pre-hospital emergency nursing training for aortic dissection.Methods:A total of 40 nurses who participated in pre-hospital emergency nursing training for aortic dissection in Deyang People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were included.The general teaching method group(20 participants)carried out routine clinical teaching,and the standardized situational teaching method group(20 participants)carried out pre-hospital emergency nursing training for aortic dissection with standardized situational teaching method.The teaching effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After 1 month of training,the theoretical knowledge of aortic dissection nursing,the score of pre-hospital emergency nursing skills,the score of emergency nursing thinking ability,the score of problem solving ability,the ability to deal with emergencies,the score of nurses'core competence and the satisfaction rate of nursing training in the standardized situational teaching method group were all higher than those in the common teaching method group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the pre-hospital emergency nursing training activities of aortic dissection,the implementation of standardized situational teaching method has a better effect.
